RETURN POLICY

ALL RETURNS ARE PROCESSED THROUGH THE RETURN PORTAL
ONLY APPROVED RETURN REQUESTS WILL BE PROCESSED FOR A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT

PLEASE READ THE RETURN POLICY BELOW BEFORE YOU REQUEST A RETURN.

ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED FROM CANADA AND RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO THE FOLLOWING RETURN ADDRESS:

ANY RETURNS SHIPPED ELSEWHERE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 14 calendar days after delivery date, which means you must contact us within the 14-day period to be approved for a return.  If 14 calendar days have gone by since delivery, we are unable to approve a return request.

Once you have been approved for a return, items must be received back at the return address within 30 calendar days of delivery date to receive a store credit, or refund.  If an item is received after the 30 calendar days has passed, you’ll be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.

All items must be returned in original condition (including all return post card, packaging, and accessories).  All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

We do not accept returns on clearance items (final sale), they will be sent back to you.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order.
Order/ return processing times are slightly longer during sale events and holidays.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

We cannot ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items are received, so we do not offer exchanges.

We will issue you a store credit once we’ve received your return.  You’ll be able to use this to order another item.

The store credit never expires.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g. debit card, credit card).

Returns for refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item, however credit or debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete the transaction. This will vary from bank to bank.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order

All Items returned for refunds will be charged a handling fee of $5 for Canada, $10 for U.S.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Sassie Finds does not provide free return shipping labels. A handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” address, and will be deducted from your refund.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on clearance items (final sale).  They will be sent back to you.
